I started a new job at Primrose School as a Pre-K lead teacher on 6/16. I had two days of training so I only worked until noon Monday and Tuesday. I normally will work until 4:15. Bryson is attending the Young Toddler program there. He is adjusting to our new schedule and is trying to get use to mommy not being around as much. They can only drink out of sippy cups and they sleep on a cot. This is a big change since he is still nursing (morning and night) and loves his bottle during the day. They are being very patient with him. He loves sitting at the little table and chairs. They had water day on Wednesday and he absolutely loved it. He really enjoys water, even getting into the toilet at home. YUCK!!! The girls never tried to play in the toilet. I guess it's a boy thing. I had the cutest pictures from his first day and I accidentally erased them off of my new camera. Luckily I had already down loaded the ones from when everyone was here from AZ. He hadn't napped yet and fell asleep on the way home from school. Alyssa and Shelby are staying at Ms. Katy's house. She is the Primary President in our ward and they absolutely love her. We are so thankful that she takes such good care of them. It's kinda sad because they aren't even excited to see me when I pick them up. They beg to stay longer. They are getting so big.
Dennis' Uncle Gary Drury passed away this past week. He and the girls took a quick road trip to Arkansas for the funeral. Norma and Paul are there and it gives them a good opportunity to meet family that we haven't seen before. Dennis and I have been married for 10 1/2 years and I haven't even met them. Paul has 11 or 12 brothers and sisters, but Gary was one of Dennis' favorite uncles.
It's been kinda quiet around here once Bryson is asleep, but Dennis and the girls are having fun seeing everyone. They should be home on Wednesday. I have completely moved my whole downstairs around since they left Saturday afternoon. I decided I was tired of my house looking like a daycare so I have turned our family room back into the family room instead of a big playroom. The formal living room is what we were using for a family room is now our dining room, and our dining room is now our office/library room. Dennis is going to freak out that I moved all the furniture by myself. I need to go finish cleaning it all up so I can start the week with a clean house.
I'll post pictures when the get back with my camera.
